How do I clear data?

STEP 1: Deactivate the Agent.

You’ll find the agent menu on your system tray. On a Mac, it’s at the top of the screen. On a Windows, it’s at the bottom of your screen. If the agent isn’t running, you will need to open it up before you can deactivate it. Clicking on the agent will bring up the menu you see below. Choose “Deactivate.”


STEP 2: Wait for it to stop.

This might take a few seconds, please be patient.


STEP 3: Select Clear Data.


STEP 4: Reactivate the Agent.

Click Activate to start transferring files.


STEP 5: Log into your eSS account.
